1:15.8	I'm excited to get into psychology, but before we do, let's talk about you.
1:20.9	So can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do?
1:23.3	Sure, happy to.
1:24.5	So I study what makes people effective living and working in different countries and with people from different cultures.
1:32.7	I'm a professor at Northeastern University in Boston in the business school. And I also run a company called Skillify, which helps people build the skills necessary in order to be culturally agile.
1:46.2	And yeah, I've been at this for a long time, 30 years of research and practice in this space.
