hit spring on March 19th and I could not be more excited. I'm already looking outside my window.

The cherry blossom trees are blossoming. There is a shift in the mood outside. I see more people walking. I see more people at the park. I see more people walking their dog. All of a sudden, I have the urge to spend $25 on a flower bouquet and not even complain about it.

We are in the springtime, the time where the sun shines, allergies start to happen,

but also like fun starts to happen. I swear everybody in

Vancouver is like defrosting now and the days are getting warmer

they're getting longer and I just could not be more excited. I know that

not everybody in the world is experiencing this same season and people in Australia are in fact going into fall but I believe

the Persian New Year is actually on March 19th the same day that spring starts so I think

regardless of the season that you're currently in I think right now is a time of new

beginnings and I think in a lot of different like astrological calendars maybe is the word different

cultures this is a time where you celebrate just like

rebirth because technically even though we have a new years in December it's still

winter we are still in that foggy mood, you know, after Christmas.

Our literal bodies are like still in hibernation mode at least here that like it doesn't

feel like a full new year, but this it feels like you could take out your journal and just kind of even go over your goals or figure out what is happening and kind of make a plan for the end of the year.
