| 1:06.0 | familiarity so is that a word um what's familiar in terms of keeping us safe it doesn't care that we have |

| 1:20.3 | when we start doing things out of line with our current identity our current character our brain is |

| 1:27.6 | things to make this familiar. And so that's where those sneaky little things will come in |
| 1:33.7 | as far as a self-sabotage. So it truly is an identity protection. And so today I wanted to talk |
| 1:41.3 | about self-sabotage and really creating a new identity as it sounds |
| 1:48.1 | kind of cheesy. |
| 1:49.2 | But I promise you, you will become a different person at the end of a fat loss journey. |
