Additionally, one of his companies has landed at number 40 on the Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies.

Darius, welcome to the Creating a Brand podcast. Alex, thanks for having me, brother. Absolutely. I'm really

excited about our conversation today because we're going to be talking about implementing core values.

And this is something that I have to be transparent here with you and with the listeners as well.

It's something that I have not done very well. I'm the guy like most people, as you've told me,

who write up some little document and throw it on the wall. I'm all proud of it people, as you've told me, who write up some little document and

throw it on the wall. I'm all proud of it and stuff like that. But that's about as far as my core

values have ever gone. And what we're talking about today is actually some points from your book

titled the core value equation. And first of up, I want to say, I love this book. I got so much

from this. I now feel fully equipped. I can like follow a
