Yeah, let me tell you something too, because how employees want to be treated is changing generationally,

and you're hitting on something that's very important to today's youth,

and that is they want to be treated fairly, they want to be connected, they want to have a higher purpose.

And what they do for a living, what their title is, isn't what stimulates them.

It's the opportunity, how that company thinks about being a good steward to employees,

to the community, to the world at large.

You know, that's what's driving, you know, call it the next generation, you know,

that's coming into your company today, who will ultimately wind up being the leaders,

you know, 20 years, 30 years from now.
