All right, excited to have you on the podcast. So before we get into building wealth through real estate,

can you tell everyone quickly about yourself?

Yeah, for sure. So I like to say I'm as normal as it gets. Let's start off there.

Like I actually kind of use our mutual friend Ryan as an example. I don't have this like rags richest story. I'm not this

Filipino Ken doll like Ryan I'm just like a normal freaking dude from Missouri

yet I own almost 50 million dollars worth the real estate we flip about 300 a year. So I've been able to do a lot of really

cool stuff and I didn't come from like an entrepreneurial household. I was in that W-2 path like most people took a hard right and went all in on real estate.

So we can catch up and fill in the gas,

but that's kind of where I sit right now.

I have 2.7 million followers on social media,

flip about 300 houses a year, mostly wholesale, and then also have an education company,

and then have 46 million-year rentals. So I do quite a bit in the real estate space, and I am nothing special.

So got it. Well, I'm here to freaking expose these real estate

investors out here selling these dreams so we're gonna get to it. So he's on a

mission I'm on a mission to expose these people. So we'll start off with flipping

So you said you flipped 300 houses a year mostly whole so when I say flip I mean buy and sell so last year it did 3 12 this year will probably do 250 so I would say we're probably going to wholesale

About 180 probably maybe novate 20 and then actually flipped like 50 or 60 so when I say

flip it's just easier yeah it real estate but no we go though and a lot of them we

closed on even the wholesale is to maximize. So we have 250, 300 houses run through the turnstiles every year.
