yourself. But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in,

take some deep, healing, meditative breaths. And so what we're going to do is as we're getting started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in, take some deep

going to pick a word that aligns with the frequency that we want. So it can be happiness,

joy, abundance, positivity, whatever frequency you want in your life, pick that word,

say it over and over again, really charge yourself up with it as

you're breathing in, and then as you hold your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that

frequency. And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you

and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in.
