done before. I did a little bit of meditation before this, and I'm going to be a little bit different than I've done before. I did a little bit of

meditation before this and I'm going to try to share what I would call a stream of consciousness,

but the exercise for you, and if you're listening to this, what you'll want to take away

is what comes to you as you hear this message. We're going to do our breathing exercises to help

align us with the message that we need to receive. But as this podcast goes, as we talk, find the

information, the uplifting vibration that you need to apply to yourself so that way you can get

unstuck. If you feel like you need to make a

change if you're feeling like you want a shift in your experience then that is what you can take away

from this message but before we get started we're going to take a few moments to slow down

zero in we're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to align ourselves

on the frequency that we want in our lives. So you're going to pick a word. It can be love,

joy, happiness, whatever frequency you want. And as you're breathing in, you're going to say

that word over and over and over again, charge yourself up with that frequency, and then as

you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency, and then once you

exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more

positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. and out.
