Sitting in the back, having a conversation with one of Tom's really good friends,

Kirk Kessel, we were codifying what makes Tom so special.

Like this is someone, I've known Tom for 25 years, right?

Kirk has known Tom for 30 years.

And one of the things in our opinion

is that Tom has figured out the art and science

of giving until it hurts.

He is 100% committed to every single person

that's inside of this room.

And those of you that are close to him,

that is those of you that have spent time with them,

you know that's 100% the truth.

He'll take time, anytime, to be able to reach out to help, to assist, to do whatever

it takes. And you know, I'm reminded of Zigg Ziggler who said, if you want to get everything that you want,

then you've got to help everyone around you get what it is that they want.

And the person that we're about to bring up has mastered, has figured this out.

And she's going to talk about how it is that you can pop into a brand new market and completely

start crushing it. Now I know some of you are sitting here going, well, you know, I'm not in a new market,

I'm staying where it is that I am how is this relevant well here's what I'll tell you

if you could start every single day at zero as if it was a brand new market as if you didn't have any business. Would it change the way that you approach your day, your work, your behaviors, your grit, your determination? Would it guys?
