And he's going to talk about bone health. We're going to dive into osteopenia, osteoporosis. What do you do? He is just a wealth of knowledge and the expert on bone

Yeah, it's going to be awesome. How did you get into this? You seem very young and healthy.

What got you driven into learning about osteopenia and osteoporosis?

Yeah, a lot of times people are shocked when they're like, wow, a young male is talking

about bone health and bone issues. So for me, my, yeah, my journey started when I was much,

much younger, you know, when my mother was five months pregnant with me, my father was told he had

cancer. And a couple months after I was born, he passed away. And he was 35 at that time. So my

entire life, I kind of had this fear that I was going to follow on his footsteps also. And I just,

I knew I had some health issues that were taking place

a little bit later on in life. And they all came to fruition, probably right around the same time.

I had high stress, poor sleep, chronic fatigue, depression. I was taking a lot of different

medications. I was taking antibiotics, sleeping pills,

ibuprofen, 800 milligrams, three times a day. And I couldn't figure out or pinpoint what these

health issues were stemming from. And then I was diagnosed with celiac disease. And celiac disease is an

autoimmune condition where you ingest gluten.
