0:50.5	first profession we own a bunch of stuff yeah but I've been labeled as a real estate professional and whatever righteousness that is. Yeah for tax purposes. Yeah, for whatever it is you know, so so I do a lot of ground up construction. We've owned a lot of value add stuff we build we develop
1:06.1	We flipped we've wholesale we've done everything got it know they we utilize a lot of what's in the real estate spaces tools for everything that we do on a day and day out basis.
1:15.7	Got it. So like give me some of your highlights like how much real estate do you own or what like what's your
1:21.6	status? So we so we still have a little over a million score feet of retail, which is what we actually predominantly
1:28.5	invested in on the commercial asset side from about 2000 up till about 2009.
