0:07.3	Yeah. Like do I want to go to the office every day? Do I want to micromanage people? Do I want to deal with tenants? Do I want to do

0:39.0	did a podcast, came, did Ryan's podcast, my podcast had his kids and his wife with them and then they were he was like yeah

0:57.6	plane and he's flying around but he's like he's not stuck in the day-to-day of like working.
1:04.7	Yeah, yeah, I mean and that's having a plane not as like a flex but having a plane

1:10.0	Yeah, and what you're looking for and it's gonna make your life easier.
1:12.4	It's gonna allow you to spend more time with the people that you want to spend time.

1:21.0	You get to a level of, okay, cool, I'm doing deals, then you get to a level of okay cool I'm doing deals then you get to a level of okay I'm making you know good money yeah and then you reinvest it into properties that's producing cash flow
1:29.9	Yeah, and it's like you get to a point where it's like, okay, at what point is enough enough when it comes to kind of meeting all of like my basic financial needs?
1:38.6	Yeah. And now I'm making enough more to like give back and be around the people that I want to be around and
1:43.3	you know have them participate in that too and at some point you got to just
1:48.5	really think about what you want your life to look like and it doesn't
1:52.1	necessarily always have to do with like oh I have to hit this number and money.
1:55.3	Exactly. Yeah. So that's that's exactly what I'm going through right now too.
