let's discuss my current faves. Guys, I've literally become a grandma. A year ago, I was going out

at least like two times a week to the bars. And I did not go out a

single time this week. I went for dinner on Friday. That's about it. I did not step into a bar or

club. And I have been going to bed by 10 or 11 literally every single night since last Saturday.

So for over eight days, I think today would be like the 10th day

or something. I've been going to bed at a reasonable hour and getting a full eight to nine hours

of sleep pretty much every night, which you guys know. If you are an avid listener of the pod,

then you know how long I have been struggling with getting my sleep schedule

in order. I really do attribute this to my event last week, making me so tired and me passing

out early and just wanting to make it a challenge for myself to keep that up. I always like to make

things little games and kind of fun for me. I don't know. I love competing with
