0:33.9

Happiness Project we could go on it also has a podcast with her sister. No, I know. It's... It sounds sort of like, okay, an episode on happiness. What is that going to be about? You're going to listen to this episode. You're going to feel happier. You're also going to learn what personality type you are. Yes, it sounds simple, and it is simple, but sometimes you just need to hear it in the way that she explains it. And it really does put things into perspective and actually make you feel happier. It was a fascinating conversation. We really talked about the secret to being happy, her major career pivot, how we should be enjoying the detours in life. Also, per usual, we were late. And so we started the

1:12.9

conversation off with an apology. So you'll understand when you hear it. Yes, you will.

1:18.3

All right, guys, enjoy the episode.

1:24.1

No, I get it. I just always panic and think that it's me and that I've done something wrong so that I've become incredibly paranoid and started having to like, you know, whatever. But it's great when it works.

1:35.0

It's always us. It's never our guest. It's always us. Believe me, I know the feel. I did something where somebody was like racked with guilt because he'd screwed up and I realized I had muted my microphone without realizing it. And I had to like email and be like, actually, I made the dumbest mistake in the world and it's all my fault. So we've all done it. We are so excited to have you here because, you know, we talk a lot about, we really want to bring people on here

2:03.5

who can help our lives improve, help us feel a little better about ourselves, a little happier.

2:10.4

And you know what? We found the guru of happiness. The happiness expert, we have you here. So we're very excited. Oh, I'm so happy to be talking to you. No, we are too. And by the way, the first thing that just jumped out at me is that you were saying that you usually will like, I use the word spiral. You didn't use the word spiral. Young people use the word crashing out. Yeah. When you think that something, and you assume

2:35.8

something's your fault. So I would love to just circle back to that because if you have those

2:39.3

tendencies and seem to understand how to be happy, then I would love to know how those two things

2:45.7

work well together. I was thinking the same thing. I was like, oh, she's human. Okay. So, will you just please, I know it's not, at least I don't enjoy having to tell people my accomplishments.

2:58.7

And we will, of course, do an intro for you, but give people a little bit of an understanding of who you are because you are a very big deal.

3:05.2

We have some people on here who, you know, are just getting

3:08.2

started or like we find them on the internet. But like you've been interviewed by Oprah. You have a

3:13.0

huge, you know, best-selling book. And something like 280 million people have downloaded your app.

3:18.5

I mean, you're like, you're very accomplished. So do you mind just giving you like kind of who you are a little bit?
