Today on Rise of The Young I talk about how YOU can become more consistent in everything you do. Chances are that you have an area in your life that you can DO MORE in, and you've been putting it off. Being consistent is something I struggle with to this day, but I've learned to apply techniques that help me stay on track. The most important things I do to stay consistent are this; attach timeframes to everything you do, and set a goal / purpose.
