Hey guys, it's Kathy. I just want to share an extra mini episode with you every single week

because I want to be there for you. I want to be there to encourage you. I want to be there to

help you see things in a way that just feels like it's doable. Like you are so much closer than

you really think and I want to show you what's possible. So here's one of our Minisodes. I hope

you like it. Take a listen. I'm really in love with life so much and I just don't want to,

I don't want to keep creating from the past. So I really want to like show up and do this next

thing that feels really exciting and then I want to give myself the space to go, oh, let's do

something at my house. Oh, let's change this up. I like to just play with life, you know, and I

want it to evolve. I want it to kind of like, I want it to be a dynamic living breathing life.

So I'm not the business plan girl because I believe so much more in the miraculous than the mundane

because I really feel how much frequency and energy and electricity and just magic is just

possible that I'm like, why would I put a lid on that? That would be interesting. So I don't quite know

how to even talk about things like frameworks because it's so contrary to what I feel works

for me or for any of the people in my life. I don't, the majority of the human beings that I

interact with are in this like creative, this constant creative laboratory. It's like,

ooh, that would feel good. How did people respond to that? I don't really like that. Let's try this.

Like we're constantly in the lab, constantly throughout Jackson, Pollocking, our way through life.

So I don't have that sensibility. Like I don't have a lot of people next to me who are like,

here's my 90 day goal, here's my six month plan, here's what we're doing. Like I just, I don't even like

that. I don't even, that doesn't feel exciting to me. However, what it sounds like you're saying is,

I'm listening to all the things, but my analytical brain won't get out of the way. It won't shut up.

You know, when Joe dispenses begins his meditation weeks, because I brought my husband,
