All right, Eric, well I am super excited to have you on. I think that I've been

hearing a lot about you recently, especially innovations but we're going to get to that

Leadership and sales but before we get into all that can you give me a quick intro about yourself?

Yeah, my name's Eric Brewer. I'm based out of York, Pennsylvania.

I'm about 25, 30 minutes south of Harrisburg, PA, or capital, and I'm about 45 minutes north of Baltimore,

Maryland.

So very few people know where York, Pennsylvania is, nor should they probably.

So to give some context, a lot of people know where Harrisburg is because it's the capital,

and certainly most people know where Baltimore is.

And I guess what got you into real estate? most people know where Baltimore is. Beautiful.

And I guess what got you into real estate?

It was a pretty interesting story.

I had out of high school joined the military and spent my time in the US Army and the

avionics communications division and then when my time was up in the military I came home and quickly found

that there wasn't a civilian application for working on Chinook helicopters.

So I came home and started looking around for jobs just you know the old-fashioned way back then was looking in the newspaper and I found one at an auto dealer and it was basically what they called back then a lot porter and you really just moved cars around.

You would just organize inventory when new cars would come off the truck, you'd park them and take them to where they need to go and

occasionally I would deliver vehicles this particular dealership was a Toyota and Mercedes franchise.
