All right, so you started off in real estate, 17 years old, working for a agent, hold calling, door knocking, pretty much just doing whatever they needed help with.

Why do you think that agent would hire like a 17 year old.

Like what did you say on the interview?

It's a good question.

I was honestly super honest and I just told him that I was looking to get into real estate.

This was going to be my career, I wanted to learn from the best.

And I think a lot of times, too, people respect that when you reach out and you offer yourself in such a way that you can add value to them.

But you're also, you know, complimenting them in the sense that you believe that they are really good at what they do and you want to learn from them.

People like teaching other people that are going to also provide them something in return,

but it's kind of like a feel good thing. And I guess like okay after you know you're 17 you got the job you started cold calling door knocking doing all these things for the agent, and then you got your real estate

license yourself?

Yes.

Okay, and then you started just like selling houses as a realtor or what were like the next steps in your career?

Yeah, I spent not that long, maybe a couple months or six months, once I actually got my license still on that team. So I didn't use my license

a ton. I was kind of at that point feeling like, okay, I learned the ropes, I kind of

did what I was here to do. I knew from the start I did not want to be a real estate agent for a career.

I wanted to be in the investing world. So it wasn't too long after I got my license

that I jumped into investing full time with wholesaling.

That's crazy.
