All right, Casey, well, I am super excited to have you on the

podcast. I feel like I know you a little bit just because we communicate on Instagram but this is the first time we've ever met so how are you doing today?

I'm doing so good Brian thank you for having me on. I'm excited so I guess for the people who don't know who you are can you give us a a little bit of your background

Sure, so I am a born and raised so-cal girl

I miss California in the beach in the mountains and snowboarding and all the things.

But I grew up in Southern California with my dad constantly rehabbing our house my entire life. It was like the Golden Gate Bridge

never ending with rehab and it just really got me interested in houses

despite the fighting and the multiple Home Depot trips that he made me take growing up.

It was like the most frequent stopped place was Home Depot.

And when I got my college degree, you know, I got a job at a public

relations firm and was driving about an hour and a half to work every day and then back and driving home in the dark and it really

sucked and I said this life sucks like why did I go to school all these years to leave in the dark and come home in the dark?

This is not what I want to do and I want to have kids and I want to be a mom and I want to be a wife and how can I be a present mom?

This is my opinion at the time if I'm never home. So luckily

the company shut down due to some shenanigans from the owner, personal shenanigans, like almost got FBI rated, really cool story that I can't talk about.

And it was a good eye-opener, like, you know what, time things do something different with my life.

I'm not going to be writing. I don't want

a traditional 9 to 5 job. I want to create something else for myself where I can be a mom and, you know,

make my own money. So I did what most people do and they go be a real estate agent.
