When you find yourself surrounded by negative people, It can feel like you have no control over the situation. However, there are things that you can do to keep you in a positive state. 

When we are around negative energy, it can be easy to get sucked in and start thinking negatively. But this doesn't mean that you have to let it happen! Regarding self-development, we are all on the journey, not the finish line. In this episode, I share how to understand where you are and move forward to your highest self.

meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives so you can pick

a word it can be love joy happiness abundance whatever energy you want and you're going to say that

word over and over and over again as we take a deep breath in really charge yourself up with that

energy and then as you're holding your breath,

visualize yourself doing something in that frequency and then once you exhale, it's going to take all of that with it, leaving you in a more positive state.
