teaching management is a lack of a guidance provided about how to assign work. I mean look at this is

something every day every single day sometimes I don't know maybe as much as 20 times a

day we're always giving our folks work. But has anyone ever suggested to you, Mark, the right way or a better way to do that?

No. No. No. No. And here's where I started thinking about this. I've been making a list of all the stuff managers do every day,

every week, every month, every quarter

that nobody's ever told them about.

And the list is long list.

The list is long and distinguished.

And then I started comparing it to some of the stuff I read about

the Super Bowl and about American football and listen for many of our international listeners Mike and I are both huge football

fans and we're both

in the true sense, what us Americans would call soccer.

So we always say American football,

but because the Super Bowl happened, I think recently,

by the time this cast comes out, yeah?

The level of detail that those guys go through, the

training that they go through is incredible. You know, spring training will be starting soon,

baseball spring training in America, and they say that every short stop in

second baseman does 10,000 double play practices in their spring training.

Now these are the pros these are the best baseball players in the world.
