But most of us, when we're faced with a gigantic thing, we assume, well, it can't be done because

we're living in the present and trying to project from our present state rather than thinking differently.

Incremental thinking won't get you there when they increase you're facing is massive.

Okay, and there are three key points in in assum goal setting you've got to get and it's all about not

Accepting that where you are is the only possible reality, but rather we need to get on the other side of the

process we're going to go through and see it from that perspective. So the first

thing we recommend is don't start with where you are. If you start by reviewing

what you're already doing now, all of the ideas or not all of them but most of

your ideas are going to spring from existing processes and procedures and

systems. You'll be saying I'll be creative in my little box of the present that is the only present

that's possible.
