This episode is going to be all about making friends as an adult.

And we're actually going to have my first guest on, my friend Lauren, who is super extroverted.

And I think just a good person to have on to talk about making friends because

she's good at it at meeting random people like at an event random situation and actually

becoming friends with them rather than just acquaintances forever. That's what we're going to be

talking about. It's more of a discussion and then then at the end, I'm going to go over

what I think is the best way to make friends as an adult. That has really worked for me. So if you

want to just hear another like solo part at the end, you can skip to that or wait for that. But

I'm just going to go over that because we have more of a discussion and then I wanted

to give like my best tip kind of at the end. So let's get into the discussion with Lauren. I'm here

with my first guest today. This is Lauren Lippman. Oh, I'm honored. I'm your first guest. I didn't know

that. First guess. I actually did record one other one but I haven't posted

it yet. Liar. And so I guess you're my second guess technically. My bad. But today's episode

is going to be all about, it's kind of a follow up to the video I did about the loneliness

epidemic. This one is how to make friends with a friendship expert. An expert. I went to the friendship university, got my degree.

No, but actually, Lauren is a very extroverted, bubbly person who I feel like you make friends

like pretty easily. And anytime we go to an influencer event, I always want to bring you because

I know that we're going to leave with like new friends. We're going to like branch out and with other people that's not really the case.

Especially influencer events, you guys.

Like it's just we'll get into that.
