And then that night we submitted an offer and like it got accepted.

Just from like that one conversation, the door sort of opened up and everything kind of fell into place.

Soli Cayetano who by age 26 is part owner of over 50 rental units and she just opened a

boutique hotel in Palm Springs. So we're going to talk about how she's done all this at a

relatively young age, everything from her out-of-state real estate investing to opening this hotel here in Palm Springs. Let's get into it.
