I feel like with these episodes airing on Mondays, we've celebrated a lot of holidays together over the last couple of weeks.

I hope that you are all heading into the new year feeling a lot of hope.

And I think that today's episode is going to help with that.

A couple of weeks ago, we had Lauren Golden on the podcast, and she shared three tips for creating more time in your day.

One of the tips that she talked about was having a daily five.

Where you prioritize the five most important things that you need to accomplish that day.

And you go down the list one by one, and you don't move on to the next one,

until the first one's done, and so on and so forth.

And many, many listeners loved that idea.

But then I also had a lot of questions where people said,

when you're a mom, you can't just necessarily knock out a project all at once.

It's not like you can put number one is organized laundry room,

and not move on to anything else until it's done.

That's just not the way that motherhood works.
