#319: If you've ever lost your spark — that fire that used to drive you — and wondered if it would ever come back, this conversation is for you. Today I’m welcoming Rachel Rodgers back to the podcast. You know Rachel as the founder and CEO of Hello Seven, bestselling author, and someone who's living proof that audacious goals are within our reach.
Rachel gets incredibly honest about a period of deep grief that nearly derailed her eight-figure business, how community pulled her back to her center, and the casual question in Greece that sparked a 100-million-dollar plan. She shares why 10X-ing isn't about doing more (it's actually about doing less), how to use what you already have to create something new, and why setting small goals keeps us stuck.

| 1:15.8 | More schmilly. Every time. Yes. Yeah. So I would love to start off by hearing about a time that you felt lucky. And this could be a time where maybe something felt aligned for you or where you felt like you created your own luck and it really came to fruition. |
| 1:30.7 | Wow. Actually, I have a very recent thing that made me feel that way, which is my next big project. |
| 1:39.2 | Because so I have a podcast, the Hello 7 podcast, and I've been doing it for a while, and I have a studio in New York that we film it in. And I told my creative director, I was like, you know, I'm tired of kind of sitting in this spot in the studio. I kind of want to get out and like talk to entrepreneurs, like almost like on the street. I'm like, what if we like just stood in, like, offered business advice? Or I don't know. I was just like, I don't know what it should look like, but I feel like we need to get out in the world. And I had said this before to other collaborators over the years, but it just never happened. And so I took some time off. Like we did R.O.I. I took the month of July off. I was in Spain for the month with my |

| 2:28.8 | Like all of that vision that you had, all the things we had talked about, were doing it. |
| 2:32.3 | So we did a filming week in Portugal |
| 2:34.4 | for the first time. And we just wound up getting really lucky with the crew that we hired. |
| 2:39.6 | They were amazing. We had the most amazing week filming all of these different segments for |
