Welcome, guys. I am really excited to have Jared Hetler back. Jared and I did an interview a little over a year ago, right? Jared, it's been about a year.

Yeah. Yep. And it was fascinating. One of my favorite interviews, Jared, and we've since become, I think, close friends. We've stayed in contact.

Since that interview, we text quite a bit, and it's exciting to have been

following your journey this past year and some of the things that you're doing. You'll reach out

things you're doing, some of your big deals. And it's just been really fun to watch you grow and develop in this business.

When we did that first interview, we talked about like your first 10 wholesale deals, I think

What I love is now we have a chance to kind of talk about what's happened since then, since kind of that start, you know, during your doing your first handful of deals to fast forward now a year or so to today, this interview.

And more importantly or most importantly, people, how they can kind of say, okay, well,
