Welcome, guys. I am really excited to have Jared Hetler back. Jared and I did an interview a little over a year ago, right? Jared, it's been about a year.

Yeah. Yep. And it was fascinating. One of my favorite interviews, Jared, and we've since become, I think, close friends. We've stayed in contact.

Since that interview, we text quite a bit, and it's exciting to have been

following your journey this past year and some of the things that you're doing. You'll reach out

to me sometimes about questions you might have or obstacles or things you're learning,

things you're doing, some of your big deals. And it's just been really fun to watch you grow and develop in this business.

When we did that first interview, we talked about like your first 10 wholesale deals, I think

it was.

And they were all on market.

It was really awesome.

What I love is now we have a chance to kind of talk about what's happened since then, since kind of that start, you know, during your doing your first handful of deals to fast forward now a year or so to today, this interview.

And I really want to find out, you know, what are some of the biggest things you're doing?

What are some of the things you've learned?

And more importantly or most importantly, people, how they can kind of say, okay, well,

I see what Jared, where he kind of started and now what he's kind of grown and developed into.

And I don't know about you, Jared, but a lot of people get so much inspiration, learning about somebody's first deal and then maybe seeing

them progress and what they're learning and doing now.

Just like if we have like an expert on here, someone that's been doing something for a long

time and they share things.

So it's all just part of hopefully good education and value that we can bring to people. So again, Jared, excited to be here with you. Thank you for making time to do this interview. Anytime, dude.
