South Carolina, staffing and recruiting industry. A little fact about me is that I

started in the almost the great recession. Okay, so 2008, right? Didn't know any

better. And I thought, well, on the people person, so sales is right for me,

right? How hard can this be? That's totally not true. We that's a huge

misconception. I'm sure people who've been in sales a while realize that. But

one thing it taught me was to go out and have conversations with people that

didn't need anything that they were dealing with layoffs. They were dealing

with uncertainty. And it gave me an opportunity to cut my teeth in the

industry of sales, staffing, recruiting. And it led to relationships that that

started bubbling into job orders and placements, you know, a year into it, two

years into it where people were recovering. And I was still around. I was still

around doing it, where some of the people were coming and going in my industry.
