Anyway, for those watching, what's up, aloha, my name is Jeremy Mateo. I'm a real estate investor here in Honolulu, Hawaii.

I guess a little bit about my background. I was kind of born and raised here in Hawaii for the most part. I went to college out here. I studied economics, got my economic degree, never used it. I still haven't picked up my diploma from the college.

Meaning to do that for a while now, but we'll see. I got into real estate at a very young age at 19 years old,

and the reason why I got into it so young was because my mom was a realtor. I think she's been a realtor since 2003 and I really like I always observed what she was doing and how she was doing it and it looked like really

it was like really fun work for her so I thought maybe I could do that when I first went into

college my freshman year was at UC Irvine and I was a bio major and I was thinking okay I'm gonna be a dentist you know coming from a Filipino family they're always like like, you know, do go to college, you know,

to follow the traditional route, do something medical where it's safe, secure and

all of that. And for some reason I just chose, oh, I like dentistry, let's choose that.

Go to college freshman year, realize I don't care anything about protons or

neutrons or biology and I was was like, oh gosh, screw this.

my parents got divorced and they were kind of
