What's up guys? It's your favorite real estate investor Brian Devilla and today we are interviewing someone very special

She is a real estate investor entrepreneur and recently laid off.

How are you doing today, Sharon?

I'm good, haven't you?

Pretty good.

I'm really excited to have you on.

I've been watching you on Instagram and your

YouTube channel and I think you have a very unique story. But I guess before we get into your investments and all the success you're having I guess can you share with the listeners a little bit about yourself and your journey as a real estate investor?

Yeah, definitely.

So as a real estate investor, my first investment, I bought it in 2013.

I was in California, but I actually ended up moving into the online business world and essentially in 2016, I quit my job and travel the world for two years as a digital now mad while building passive income streams like

Etsy blogging Amazon like a lot of different channels and then I came back to the Bay Area, started investing more in real estate.

So now my husband and I have 32 rental units across the nation, and now we're kind of teaching people how to build passive income, become financially free,

and design the best lives.

That's like my brand.

So we both have our separate personal brands, but we do like invest together.

We have like a course together and stuff like that so we're doing more projects together.

But yeah, that's essentially about me that like I'm trying to help other people in a position that I used to be in

where I felt stuck at a job I wasn't passionate about and then like now I have a lot more opportunities because I have that cash flow coming in so I can

choose how I want to live my life.
