So for those that don't know me, my name is Tony J Robinson, not to be confused with Tony Robbins, who a motivational speaker very similar names but not quite the same guys but I'm a real estate investor a podcaster

You tuber husband father so on and so forth. You know, a lot of people probably know me from the Bigger Pocket's Real Estate Rookie Show.

You know, we have episodes to come out twice a week every week where like a top 20 to 25 business podcast putting on with a daily check and then my wife and I have a

YouTube channel called the real estate Robinson's where we kind of document our journey as
