Summary

On this Unfiltered, I’m joined by a woman in her early-mid 30s who opens up about her therapy journey and how it transformed the way she approaches dating. We hear about what led to the breakup of her four year long relationship, how she approached her healing process, and what she did differently when she got back out there. Finally, we discuss dating as an expat, what it’s like being so far away from your family, and making new female friendships in your twenties and thirties.
