Hey guys, it's me. I am not really sure how to start this intro. I have thought about what to say for a long time.

And I know I really, there are no words words I could try and string some together in a million

different ways and I know I'll still be upsetting people there will still be people who think that

what I'm saying isn't enough that I need to be saying more than I need to be using my platform

differently that I'm wrong that that I'm, I don't know,

obviously it goes without saying my heart is with every single person who has been impacted

by what is going on in the Middle East. This has been a horrible, horrible nightmare.

And I know so many people who have lost loved ones.

I have just, I don't know, it's really hard to process what I've been feeling.

And I know you guys all share

that I had a hard time deciding if I should even post an episode or if I should say something

and when to post and what to say. And I'm sure a lot of you guys saw my post on Instagram.

And I'm just I'm trying my best to do what feels right. I'm trying my best

to share how I'm feeling. I'm trying my best to be conscious of what everyone else is feeling

and experiencing and seeing and going through. And again, I know there will, no one will ever

have the right string of words to articulate what's going on and how they feel. And I, I apologize

if I have offended anybody or upset anybody just by trying to express myself and where I stand

and how I feel. Like I said, I'm human and where I stand and how I feel.
