How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. This is your host, Henry, and together we become the best part of our world's day. Well, I hope you're having a great day, and you are not mistaken. This is the second podcast of the day. I'm actually going to try two podcasts a day for a little while. I think it'll allow me to continue to deliver more content, but make the podcast a little bit

So today I'm going to be refocusing on the message of when you're hitting growth, when you're

starting to step into that next vibration, when you're getting closer to your vision,

your goals, and things start happening that are causing you to go back or making you want to go back.

And I've touched on this subject a few times before, but I've got a couple of examples that have happened to me today

that I think will be beneficial to share and how through a certain technique you can really push through and keep moving on and growing.

And in fact, it's an important process.

When you're seeing this resistance, you want it to happen.

So, of course, before we dive in it, now is a perfect time to take a deep breath so that we can slow down, enjoy this time together, take care of ourselves for a few seconds, breathe in some healing energy, and continue and finish off the day really, really strong. So we're going to go ahead and take a deep breath. We're going to imagine we've got some positive healing, high vibrational energy around us. When we breathe it in, it's going to loosen up into that negativity.

And then when we breathe out, we're just going to push all that.

And we're going to be filling at ease so that we can continue to conquer and be at flow for the rest of the day.
