I hope this podcast is finding you well.

I have got an exciting message.

This one is for you folks that are waiting for 2021 for January when it's the new year, new year, or the new year, new you focus,

where a lot of people make changes for the better. And I have got something that is going to make

that just make you more successful in your growth, more successful in the whatever it is

that you want to change, whatever

it is you want to accomplish.

And it's key.

And so you know, you definitely want to listen through to gather that information and, you

know, be able to apply it as quickly as possible.

But of course, before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath so that we can

slow down, really zero in and enjoy this time together. Again, these breathing exercises are good. You should do them throughout the day, but I'm thankful that you at least do one with me. So what we're going to do is we're going to imagine we're surrounded by a white healing energy light, you know, whatever it is to you, just a high vibrational energy, almost like a cloud

that's just coming down to heal you, to help you grow.

And it was sent specifically to you.

When you breathe in, you're going to fill your lungs with this healing energy.

It's going to be high vibrational.

It's going to loosen up any negative thoughts, any negative behaviors, anything that's

holding you back.
