So our topic today is kind of like a what's working now. We're seeing, obviously, there's a major change in the mortgage industry, mortgage business.

And a lot of people, you know, going outside, looking up in the sky, the sky's falling,

while another set of loan officers is actually doing activity to go close more loans. And trust me,

it's our natural tendency to go outside and look up in the sky, you know, to see if the sky is falling down. So it goes against our nature sometimes to take immediate action. So we're going to talk about that a little bit. Before we do that, Tater, kind of give everybody, I know you're one of the leaders in the Freedom Club. Great to have you as a member of that. Bring us a little bit up to speed. Loan officer, branch manager, broker, where you located at? So kind of give us a little bit of

lay of the land. Just a loan officer. I work for a private company in the D.C. area out of Virginia.

We're one of the largest private letters in a D.C. area. But I got about 45 loan officers. I think we did

That's, that's an impressive number with 45 loan officers. Yeah. Yeah. It is. That is. What's the name? Hey, well, let's give them a shameless plug. What's the name of the company? First savings mortgage. First savings mortgage. Are they just in the D.C. area? Are they other areas too?
