I think one of the biggest struggles we have as Christians in the West is thinking biblically about money.

Now this is a sensitive topic.

On the one hand, you have the heresy of the prosperity gospel.

Those prosperity preachers who tie temporary blessings to Christian faithfulness.

They teach that if you have enough faith,

God will give you health, wealth, and numerous other blessings for your obedience to him.

They're on TV, and frankly, they give Christianity a really bad name. On the other hand,

you have pastors who are afraid to talk about money because we don't want to be like that. We don't
