So I was vegetarian in college and I've been vegan for about seven years now.

My first real diet, I think, was also in college. I tried South Beach and I did that over my winter break. So I had like gained

some weight. I came home. I lost a bunch of weight, like a lot of weight. And then went back to school and I continued my lifestyle in college, drinking, late-night
