And if you would, if you wouldn't mind, could you just take us back to the beginning, just at the start of your alcohol journey and just tell your story around it.

From the time I can remember, my dad was a drinker, so I was around alcohol. My uncle was a drinker, so anytime we had father or family gatherings, I remember alcohol being there, just beer.

I don't really remember liquor ever being a part of that.

But, so I grew up very comfortable around it and then started drinking myself, I believe,

in sixth grade. It was just a normal weekend thing to go to parties and alcohol be there.

And thank God I never gotten any trouble because of it

and then I grew into my adulthood and became a parent and married and all that and alcohol was just

part of our lives we enjoyed get-togethers with friends and there was it was normal to have beer bottles

and pictures and just always always part of the celebrations no matter what. And I remember when my

kids were little, I was looking through some pictures and I realized that it was a birthday party for one of my daughter, for my daughter and every picture of the like table and everything.

There was beer in every picture.

And I thought, gosh, that's not good.

But I don't have a picture without a beer bottle in it.

I remember I was in a women's group that was meeting regularly. And I remember when my children
