Today I want to talk about money. You know, our favorite topic, let's talk about money. Today I want to talk about money, you know, our favorite

topic. Let's talk about money. But I want to talk about it in terms of, you know, there's all this

talk around. I'm recording this. This is the middle of July that I'm recording this. It's all

this talk about recession and what's going on with the economy and all that sort of thing. And I've been seeing a lot

of social media posed, especially in the online space around recession proofing your business

and all this other stuff. And I don't like to dive right into talking about something until there's

some context to what's what's happening. And that's really the topic of today's conversation with

my guest, Jaquette Timmins. And Jaquette is a financial behaviorist.

She's an author. She's a sought after speaker, a coach, a podcaster, a course creator, and a blogger.

And she's just an amazing person. And she's returning to the podcast here after the interview I did
