Thank you. So my name is Tari, Murwira.

I am originally from Zimbabwe. I've been an immigrant of Canada for close to eight years now.

And I've worked mostly in the nonprofit field.

I have a passion for working with newcomers,

so immigrants, refugees, and supporting people of color in their journey.

The work I've done has been abroad in events, research, really finding actionable ways to bring change into our communities.

I am the founder of the Elevate Hub, and at the Elevate Hub, we seek to bridge the gap between women and their opportunities and their goals.
