Excited for this week's episode because we're going to dive into something that really

messes with so many people's heads and that's narcissistic supply.

So when we're talking about toxic relationships, it's just the feeding into this person.

And we can do it in so many different ways that we aren't even really aware of.

So we're going to talk about what it is.

How do narcissists really use people for it?

And the most important thing is you may not even know that you're actually even giving

it to this person.

And that's really what I want to focus on as well because so many people think, well,

I don't like them.

They don't like me.

There's some weird tension between us or anything like that. I think sometimes when we think of supply, we sometimes think

of just the person who buys into the story that feeds their own ego. And that's just really not

the case. Because trust me, if you have ever walked away from someone, you felt drained,

you felt confused. Maybe you were doubting yourself,

they triggered you in such a way. This is something that you absolutely need to understand.
