Welcome back, you guys. Welcome to Heal Survive and Thrive. There are a lot of people that have absolutely no idea about emotional abuse and I was one of them. I was taught that if there's no bruising, make sure no one puts their hands on you, you know, make sure someone's not an alcoholic, they're not doing drugs. I mean, it was just kind of a general topic when no one really spoke of this type of abuse because I think a lot of people use emotional abuse are emotionally abusive and they they don't acknowledge it.

And so it just seems like the norm when you're unhealthy and in dysfunctional relationships

And it's unfortunately sad, but we don't really learn about it until we've been in one
