| 1:02.6 | When you exercise, you're stimulating the heart rate |
| 1:06.2 | through a part of the nervous system called the sympathetic nervous system. |
| 1:10.6 | And then when you stop working out, there's another part of the nervous system called the parasympathetic that works in reverse. |
