It was like being born again, you know, because I made the decision right then and there

what I was what am I going to do? What does the rest of my life going to look like?

Because now I owe so much money and And in hindsight, it's chump change, right?

In hindsight, but at that point in my life,

it was just like a crazy number that I owed,

a six-figure debt, that I was gonna have to work for the rest of my life to pay it off.

Or I could start taking this real estate thing very seriously and start working, start working on chipping the debt away.

And a little that I know that I would, you know, I could pay that debt off in like a deal, one deal.
