We're going to answer a question that I hope is not super confusing in the audio format.

And that question is, how long do you run your drip irrigation?

Let's say in a raised bed.

Now this is a problem I recently had to solve because I just installed drip irrigation

in seven raised beds.

And they're all different sizes. And so it got a little complex and I'm going to hopefully make it a bit simpler for you.

Now the first thing you need to know is how much water does a raised bed need? If you're growing most standard vegetables,

that's anywhere from one to one and a half inches of water a week.

Now that's a weird way to think about it.

And so you have to start getting into some mathematics and if you have that

through this and hopefully you can follow along. Now let's imagine you have a raised bed, right? You've got a four foot by four foot raised bed. Well the first
