| 0:54.7 | A lot of times people expect it to happen in like two minutes. |
| 0:59.4 | It's not going to happen that fast, right? |
| 1:01.8 | I want you to really understand you've been living on sugar |
| 1:05.4 | your whole life, okay? And now we're going to switch over to a completely |
| 1:11.5 | different fuel source. Your cells have to build new machines |
| 1:18.9 | for fat. They have to build new enzymes to break down a completely different source of fuel. |
| 1:27.0 | That takes some time. Now if you're really healthy, it can happen in maybe a week. But on average it's going to be about a month to six weeks |
| 1:38.6 | of completely switching over. So your body's going to change, you're going to feel different. |
