Today's guest is a best line author and founder of Lone Star Capital.

But apparently he's in New York.

So we're going to unpack that. We didn't ruin it beforehand. As CEO, he drives the strategic growth of the firm, which is acquired over 500 million in multifamily real estate. So without further ado, Rob Beardsley, welcome the show.

Thank you very much for having me. I'm excited to share more. Hey, it's our pleasure. So we definitely want to hear, you know, the story, you know, about the firm, why you got started. And, yeah, Gino,

Gino was getting into the New York, Texas thing. I said, just hit record. Let's not do this twice.

So, so jump in, sir. Yeah, thank you very much. Well, thanks again for having me. And before we hit

record, I was sharing a little bit more information. And Jake had a confused look on his face and Gino is asking

all sorts of questions. So we start a machine gun at them. Yeah. So to to weave the story together,

I was born and raised in California. My parents used to run a residential brokerage firm back in

Silicon Valley. So I had a lot of tech influence coming from Silicon Valley. So I went to

school for computer science in Pittsburgh at Carnegie Mellon thinking I would go into consulting or

do a startup or something like that. But pretty much my freshman year of college, I got the real

estate bug. I couldn't escape it. And I started reading bigger pockets, started listening to podcasts
