out investing years ago, it was due diligence. That was, how can I describe it? Maybe a linchpin.

Now, let's break due diligence down into three steps.

So it's a lot easier for you to understand and what parts to tackle first and which one should you really focus on.

There's three aspects.

The first one is financial due diligence.

The second one is the physical due diligence. And the third one is the legal due diligence. I actually had a conversation with someone on bigger pockets
