0:12.1	but it has a grand answer that can be answered in return. And somebody have never been

0:21.6	strengths into your very soul where you realize that you matter.
0:27.6	You realize that your feelings matter how you show up, what part of life pulls on you joy or

0:35.6	We all are vessels, taking an outside factor's energy that may move us,
0:41.0	adjust us dim, or lighten our load, or just pull us out of socket for a bit temporarily.
0:49.4	Did you evaluate your heart's posture this morning, today, this afternoon?
0:56.7	When you opened your eyes, what did you you do did you sit in solitude did you pray did you feel pained or feel the joy sometimes we
1:04.2	can become victims of our own victim mentality woe is me turns into the inability to push past the part that feels innate to just feeling

1:14.6	And after a while, the story that you tell has no victory.
1:17.8	It has no winning.
1:19.2	It has no happiness.
1:20.9	It has no completion.
1:22.4	Has no mindful presence of light.
1:24.7	And then there are times that we tell the story and we lie and say that
1:28.4	everything is all right because sometimes saying that things aren't all right means that we have
1:35.7	to deconstruct why it's not. We have to enter into conversations that feel uncomfortable
1:40.9	and uncomfortableness for a lot of people just makes them give a false
